BrightSpring employees Haleigh King, Supervisor, Financial Reporting, and Ian Slaughter, Organization Development Specialist, have been selected for the CEOc Collaborative Healthcare Institute for Managerial Excellence Inaugural Class (CHIME). The industry-led and evidence-based program coursework was designed with the University of Louisville and is designed to prepare participants for management/supervisory roles to empower, lead, and support today’s healthcare workforce.
Upon completion, CHIME graduates will have earned four credit hours toward a bachelor’s degree in organizational development at the University of Louisville and an official University of Louisville Digital Badge.
