All Ways Caring HomeCare State Director Lisa Chidester and Executive Director DeLynn Barnett have been Working Smart and Doing Good in Charlotte, NC, and East Wenatchee, WA.
Lisa and DeLynn won this year’s Personal Care Quality Awards for the East and West divisions respectively.
Lisa improved her operation’s overall Client Satisfaction Survey scores between 2022 and 2023. Additionally, she submitted her operational quarterly reviews in a timely manner while encouraging staff to review records for ongoing monitoring. Lisa currently maintains a three-year CARF Accreditation for her branches providing IDD Services, and her team continuously works on improving processes to meet both state and CARF accreditation requirements. Lisa celebrates the successes of her team and supports them with a positive Attitude.
DeLynn’s Client Satisfaction Survey scores also increased in 2023, with client responses demonstrating her region’s consistency in providing high-quality care. DeLynn is also a member of the All Ways Caring Forms Committee, providing valuable input and direction important to the success of the entire Personal Care division. She Gets Going, knowing the requirements to be compliant and holding her team to a high standard of quality care.
