ResCare Community Living Direct Support Professional Nina Graves has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Williamsburg, OH.
Nina is often referred to as the “Mother” of her home, as she is inclusive of all individuals and reliable in knowing what assistance her clients need. Those in the home enjoy finding activities that they can do specifically with Nina, and it is a running joke that everyone will fight over “Nina time.”
Nina enjoys coordinating events such as dances, vacations, movie nights, and trips to the pumpkin patch. She works diligently to consider every individual’s favorite activities and creates a monthly calendar for the home. With 35 years of experience, Nina has developed many relationships with local groups and uses these connections to ensure clients have opportunities to participate in community events.
Trips Nina has organized for clients during her time at ResCare include Gatlinburg, TN, and Florida. While planning, she goes the extra mile to make sure each vacation is memorable and incorporates what the individual wants to do rather than only what is easily available. Nina’s dedication makes each client feel supported and loved.
