BrightSpring Health Services today announced Phani Konduru as its new Chief Digital and Technology Officer (CDTO). As CDTO, Konduru will set the company’s overall digital and technology vision and strategy, executing an innovative and creative approach to better enable business growth and success using technology.
Konduru joins BrightSpring following an esteemed career with Humana, where he served as Chief Technology Officer for Health Care Services. In this role, he partnered with executive leadership to formulate innovative health care technology strategies, deliver best-in-class technology capabilities, advance business operations, and run technology operations that helped transform the company from an insurance company to a care company. Konduru held various other leadership roles during his tenure at Humana, including Chief Architect and Vice President of Technology Advancement and Vice President of Consumer Technology and Wellness Segment CIO. While with Humana, he was responsible for technology enablement of Consumer Experience, Enterprise CRM, Digital Channels, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Enterprise Marketing and Communications and the Wellness segment.

Konduru is passionate about building teams and the community and enjoys helping to further Louisville’s “compassionate city” brand. He currently serves on the St. John’s Center for Homeless board as the Strategic Planning committee chair.
