BrightSpring Health Services Chief Revenue and Innovation Officer Laurie Babin will conduct a webinar for InstaMed Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. EDT.
In the webinar, titled “Engagement in Practice – Lessons and Results,” Babin will detail what a patient engagement strategic plan looks like in action. She will share ways to identify opportunities to improve patient engagement, list some best practices on how technology can be used to engage patients in the billing and payment processes and how to analyze the results of a patient engagement strategic plan.
