Adoration Home Health Branch Director Whitney Hatfield has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Lenoir, NC.
After the Lenoir Branch won last year’s Growth Award, Whitney helped lead the team through another successful year. She assisted with driving patient care and managing direct expenses, improving both revenue and EBITDA budgets. The team also improved their quality star ratings by half of a point.
Since joining the company, Whitney’s strength has been her commitment to both her team and the local community. She is active within her branch, increasing the number of patients served and overall quality. Whitney also involves herself in sales, assisting with marketing to hospital and community partners.
Recently, she collaborated with BrightSpring’s Government Relations team to host Destin Hall, Chairman of the House Rules Committee for the State of North Carolina. During his visit, Whitney and her team discussed the importance of home health and the impact their services make in the Lenoir community.
