Rehab Without Walls (RWW) Executive Director Trina Terrion has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Taylorsville, UT.
Trina is a winner of the 2024 Rehabilitation division’s LEGACY Leader of the Year Award. Her Home & Community (H&C) programs across Utah had incredible growth last year, outperforming several goals and admitting more than 100 patients into care.
Trina is a strong advocate for both patients and employees, regularly sharing clinical success stories for distribution in the RWW monthly newsletter to programs across the country. She goes above and beyond to assist her peers with strategy and best practices, supporting training needs for newer Executive Directors and making herself available as a resource for anyone facing challenges.
With a balanced focus on both compliance and quality, Trina’s team achieved a high compliance audit score for 2023 and a Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) three-year re-accreditation for both the H&C brain injury and spinal cord specialty programs. Trina is a leader within RWW, maintaining her own high overall satisfaction scores while sharing best practices to help other operations do the same.
